The Mayonnaise Factory Skåne Finkost was founded in Malmö in 1937, by a man from Austria named Karl Ambrosius. Using the same recipe and ever since, we have produced genuine restaurant and fishmonger mayonnaise made from the finest ingredients. Over the years, the company has developed into a qualified and knowledgeable food producer with flexible operations. Today, approx. 180 tonnes of mayonnaise, mustard and sauce are produced every week, spread over 2 facilities in Partille and Varberg. Skåne Finkost offers a wide range within the categories we operate in and you will find our products in grocery stores, restaurants, street kitchens, hamburger chains, petrol stations and in many other places. We currently have approximately 40 employees and a turnover of approximately EUR 20 million. For a few years we have had good growth and our ambition and will is to build on and continue to create growth through developed cooperation with our group colleagues, committed employees, new technology, good products and good customer offers.
