As the in-house management consultancy of Maersk, our mission is to support Maersk on its journey to become the Global Integrator of Container Logistics. We do this by developing cutting-edge strategies, executing industry-defining transformation programmes and supporting the growth of exceptional people to become future leaders in Maersk. We have offices in both Copenhagen and Singapore. Our Copenhagen office is our primary office and is located at the Group HQ but serves clients on a global scale; our Singapore office is our primary destination for Asia-based projects. Across both offices, you get to work on the most important strategic projects in Maersk and get the opportunity to engage with to senior stakeholders in Maersk from day 1. Our recruitment process is designed for you to get to know us and vice versa. You will go through several rounds of case interviews based on real projects your interviewers have worked on. This will give you the opportunity to show us your abilities and at the same time give you insights to what it is like to work in MMC. At entry level we hire Business Analysts (student position) and Consultants, as well as experienced professionals for our Senior Consultant and Project Leader positions.
