MV Ventures, a Wilf-Family owned company, is a full-service real estate developer in Minnesota. We are responsible for the construction, management and activation of best-in-class destinations, including Viking Lakes and Garden Communities MN. Anchored by the Minnesota Vikings World Headquarters, Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center, Viking Lakes is a 200+ acre mixed-use master development in Eagan, MN, integrating office, residential, medical, retail, hotel and entertainment. Our vision is becoming a one-of-kind community and best-in-class destination by creating a vibrant, diverse and sustainable environment for our tenants, residents, partners and community. Viking Lakes is also home to Twin Cities Orthopedics Eagan Clinic, Training Haus, Minnesota Rokkr, USTA Northern, the Minnesota Vikings Museum and Locker Room Store, TCO Stadium and Omni Viking Lakes Hotel. Phase I of our residential community is currently under construction, with 261 units, a clubhouse and retail expected to open in the Summer of 2021. Garden Communities MN, the residential development arm of the Wilf Family's New Jersey real estate company, is currently and will continue to developing multi-family communities in Minnesota. The first property, 240 Park Avenue is scheduled to open in February 2021, while Viking Lakes is under development and City-approved for up to 1,000 units. The entire Garden Communities division owns and manages more than 60,000 apartment units across 30+ states and adds more than 2,500 per year through acquisitions, ground up development and construction. Located at the corner of Washington and Park Avenues in Minneapolis is 240 Park Avenue, a 17-story, 204-unit mixed-use apartment building. Featuring larger units, condo quality finishes, balconies with grills and A+ amenities, this property offers unmatched panoramic Minneapolis skyline, US Bank Stadium and Mississippi River views.
