We are IATA accredited and a member of the Travel Compensation Fund, as well as being a member of the Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA). We are a member of the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) and Cruiseco, a member of the invitation-only Virtuoso network (only the top 1% of travel agencies worldwide are invited) and Orient Express Bellini Club.
