MDP LLP is a mid-sized firm established in 1992 comprised of ten partners and a number of senior professional staff who have obtained their training and experience from national accounting firms. We have combined the knowledge and experience of national accounting firms with the personal attention and availability our clients appreciate from a hands-on entrepreneurial firm. Our objective when establishing MDP was to be different, completely dedicated to the pursuit of quality and value for the benefit of our clients. Our partners and professionals are active contributors in helping us do this by offering new ideas, new methods, new techniques, and access to all of our business network connections which would have relevance to any organization. We are aware that building long-lasting relationships with our clients means providing personalized quality service at a fair price and on a timely basis. Our firm has a full service tax group with extensive experience providing both domestic and international tax consulting and compliance services. MDP has formalized in-house network arrangements with legal counsel, employee and corporate benefit plan consultants, insurance and wealth management professionals as well as an acquisition and divestiture firm.
