What Is Low Voltage Contractors?

In 1982, Low Voltage Contractors (LVC) began as a small electrical installation company. We would install the electrical detection and control portion of Halon 1301 fire suppression systems. Building on this experience, LVC intentionally expanded our customer base and sales by entering the Fire Alarm market. Our efforts earned a significant boost in 1986 when LVC was named a distributor for Notifier. In 1993, LVC was also selected as a NESCO affiliate, which was the top level under Notifier’s marketing plan. LVC continued to expand and entered the security market in 1996 and has become a leader in multiple disciplines within the security platform. These disciplines include; Intrusion Detection, Electronic Access Control, Video Surveillance, Biometrics, Analytics, Mobile Duress, and more.
