Loven Contracting is an Arizona General Contractor for over 35 years. Founded by Mike Loven in 1985, our company has built a reputation across the state for delivering projects that exceed customer expectations for both quality of product and quality of process. Our portfolio includes both public and private sector work and all project delivery methods, including CMAR, Design + Build and Job Order Contracting. We specialize in a range of project types, including healthcare new construction and improvements, commercial, hospitality, higher education, and multi-family facilities.
