What Is Locale?
Locale is a venture-backed hospitality startup that's pioneering a new category of upscale accommodations for short and extended travel. We partner with owners and developers of modern, urban apartment buildings to offer our guests the quality of a boutique hotel with the freedom and comfort of residential living. Since late 2016, through this innovative alternative to short-term rentals and extended stay hotels, we've hosted over 15,000 guests for nearly 40,000 nights at Locales in Austin, Houston, and Nashville. We hope to hit 100,000 nights by the end of the year. Our drive to discover and create a better way to stay is inspired by our guests' stories and their experiences. Our goal is to bring intentionality to everything we do. Locale is based in Austin, TX and has over 25 employees. We've recently raised seed financing from top-tier VC investors after two years of profitable operations. We're building a team of like-minded individuals to execute on this vision with clarity and intention.
