When we formed LiquidHub, we considered the challenges our clients faced in integrating their enterprise technologies. They needed some way of tying it all together, what we thought of as a "hub." But, of course, such a hub is formed from a complex set of solutions and processes, always changing. A solution to this problem must be adaptable, must be "liquid." When LiquidHub was formed, we interviewed many potential clients and business colleagues and asked what seemed a single important question: “If you could design a firm to meet your needs, what would it look like?” The answers to that question have guided our thinking and planning on an ongoing basis, and form the core of our thinking about how we treat our clients and our employees, whom we call associates. At a most basic level, we have stated our mission in a promise to our clients and our associates: “our business revolves around you.” This alignment governs our approach and the mix of services we provide, demonstrating that the organization is designed to serve our customers and support our associates who perform that work. In short, we believe that care of our associates, disciplined financial management, and constant attention to the fundamentals of good delivery add up to a successful, scalable business.
