LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL was born in 2013 as part of the major transformation of Downtown Las Vegas as a cultural hub. During the three-day event, the best music acts, artists, thinkers, culinary talent and festival-goers flow into the urban streets of DTLV. What started as an event has become something more…a symbol of connection, joy, and creativity. Our mission is to aid in the positive transformation of communities and perspectives by collectivizing, inspiring and empowering through creativity and the arts. We, however, don't just hope to help transform our communities and customer's. We also believe in empowering and transforming our employees. Our people and organization are purpose driven, lifetime learners and constantly evolving. Although we dream big, data and scientific thinking support our ideas. Our bias is towards velocity in finding the best ideas regardless where in the organization they come from. We consider each other a family who have a positive harmony between our work and personal lives, but we also demand ever higher standards from each other.
