Libon Revenue and Competitors

Libon is an app that lets users call from 130 countries to 130 countries at the best price with the best quality. ----------- It was a project created in 2010 by Orange in order to explore carriers communication without the carrier infrastructure. After launching a voicemail service, an app to app calling service and text messaging, our users asked for a simple thing : being able, from the app, to dial regular fixed and mobile lines. It is not about free calling, it is about giving the possibility to displaced people to call their loved ones who stayed in their home country. Call it a digital calling card, that's what it is. In 2018, the team who worked at Orange on the Libon project bought it out to make a separate company, led by Julien Hodara, former Head of Libon @Orange. Libon is now independent, thanks to French investment funds and Orange. Our goal ? Making sure that our users can reach their loved ones at the best price, with the best customer service.
