Liberty Wines is a leading quality wine company that imports and distributes premium wines from 20 countries and works with over 360 producers. With an entrepreneurial spirit, we are passionate about combining the best wines with outstanding service, which has resulted in our wines being listed in the UK and Ireland's best restaurants, bars and retail outlets. We have been consistently recognised along the way with key industry trade merchant awards. In 2016 we were named Educator of the Year by the International Wine Challenge (IWC) for the first time in recognition of our work in this area. We have been awarded On Trade Supplier of the Year at the IWC eight times we are the only company to have won more than once - and were given the same award at The Drinks Business Awards for the last three years running. We also received the specially-created Trade Merchant of the Year title from the IWC in 2014 and were the Harpers Awards Best Overall Agent/Distributor (Large) in 2015. At the IWC, we were additionally named Italy Merchant of the Year for an unprecedented 14th time and Australia Merchant of the Year for the third time. The European and Germanic parts of our portfolio have likewise been lauded in the past by the Sommelier Wine Awards, who named us Merchant of the Year in 2016. From our temperature-controlled warehouse and offices in Clapham, south-west London, our customer service is geared towards the needs of the premium wine market, ensuring the wines that have been ordered are received when and where they are needed.
