Many other community association management firms are real estate brokers that sell real estate, manage rental properties and ALSO manage associations. Leland's ONLY business is community association management. Leland and its Community Association Managers are licensed by the State of Florida and are members of the Community Association Institute (CAI). Leland utilizes advanced computer software designed specifically for the unique requirements of community associations to process collections, disbursements and financial reports. The software electronically downloads cash receipt data on assessments that are deposited directly into the association's lockbox bank account. Our software also provides an advanced covenant violation tracking and reporting system.
