The Lee & Associates San Diego County office located in Carlsbad, CA, was founded in 1990 because of the explosive growth in San Diego County through the military, tourism, biotech, research, manufacturing and housing markets. The San Diego office currently has 36 brokerage professionals and a well-organized staff of seven. Our agents are highly experienced in all real estate specialties, which include office, industrial, retail, investment, and land properties. Our market covers a very large geographic area spanning from North San Diego County, to Downtown San Diego, south to Otay Mesa and the Mexico-United States border.
