What Is Leadership Mission International?

Leadership Mission International exists to educate, train, and develop the next generation of ethical leaders in developing countries throughout the world. The primary focus of the organization is our first big project - The Leadership Center - located in central Honduras. The Leadership Center provides full scholarships to young women who have graduated from high school, but who do not have access to education beyond that. They study at The Leadership Center for two years, focusing on ethical leadership, community development, and entrepreneurship. Leadership Mission International partners with each student as she navigates her calling towards community change: whether that is through business entrepreneurship, local leadership in government, schools, or non-profits, or through continuing her studies further in University. It is through successful business development and other leadership pathways that our graduates provide ethical, long-term, and sustainable solutions to many of the issues their communities face.
