Leadership ISD’s mission is to equip civic leaders to advocate for educational equity and excellence for all students. Leadership ISD is an independent 501c3 organization built on the belief that every child deserves access to a high-quality public education and that a successful school system is closely tied to strong community and corporate support. Our flagship program is the Leadership ISD Community Fellowship, a highly selective and innovative civic development program for emerging and proven leaders which provides the information, connectivity, and access to empower its participants to positively influence the direction and outcomes of public education and support educational excellence and equity for all students.
