What Is LandCorp?
A key focus of our business is enabling Western Australia’s growth in a planned and sustainable way. We aim to do this through regional development, urban city revitalisation and strategic infrastructure development. We look to the future and learn from the past and the long-term interests of the community as a priority. LandCorp realises the potential of land and infrastructure developments for all Western Australians. We develop land for living and land for jobs, to help build our State’s social and economic prosperity. With a state-wide mandate, our portfolio of active projects can average 150 at any one time. Important in our planning is the need to create diverse and affordable housing options for a changing Western Australian population. Much of our work involves land rejuvenation and reclamation projects to optimise existing infrastructure, breathe new life into urban areas and provide an exciting mix of lifestyle and business opportunities. Work on traditional housing estates is focussed upon supplementing the supply of land for the private sector through development partnerships. It ranges from the creation of new suburbs to delivery of new regional cities and town centres. Important for our State is the supply of well-connected and strategically located commercial and industrial land. Our industrial program drives the development of many industrial estates right across WA to support and accommodate Western Australia’s economic and employment growth. Our LinkedIn Page has been developed to help you learn more about updates regarding our residential, commercial and industrial activity as well as our internal culture and employee news. If there is an area you would like to explore further, please don’t hesitate to contact us by email or phone.
