LADCO, Inc. began as a family owned sheet metal contracting business serving the Cedar Rapids area. Over the years, we have grown into a full service heating, air conditioning and sheet metal business serving All of Iowa. Our residential department is known for quality and as a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer we have access to their full line of energy efficient air conditioning, heating and air treatment products that lead the industry. The commercial department sells, installs and services a full line of air handling and treatment products for businesses, institutions and industrial customers. Make up air equipment, air conditioning, refrigeration, de-humidification, heat recovery, filtration, commercial kitchen ventilation, Cold Plasma and Air Scrubber Air Sanitizing and all types of exhaust systems are part of our product offerings. We have Building Control systems From TCS Basys and Automated Logic two of the top control integrators in the industry. We also provide monitoring service for Freezers and Coolers. Ladco, Inc. manufactures and sells spiral duct, rectangular duct, and custom fabricated sheet metal, We utilize High Precision Plasma Cuttingto cut pre-painted steel, copper, stainless steel, galvanized steel, as well as WaterJet Equipment to cut rubber, plastic, Duct insulation etc. Our shop and field employees are skilled sheet metal craftsmen through the training they receive in a four year apprenticeship program. An experienced office staff can provide assistance with design, Building Integration Modeling, CAD and estimating to add value to any residential, commercial or industrial project. We are trained in Energy Auditing and offer rebates from both Alliant and MidAmerican Energy and are certified as a Trade Ally Partner in Iowa. LEED and SAFE certified.
