What Is Labor Source?
Labor Source Companies, Inc. has been actively serving the construction industry since 1996. We have partnered with the top contractors in our geographical areas of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee. We provide individuals and crews to contractors and subcontractors to supplement their companies’ needs to complete projects. We provide crew leaders, skilled, semi-skilled, and general labor. We also assemble crews for contractors who choose to self-perform on their projects. We provide jobs in all trades of construction: • Carpentry • Cleaning • Demolition • Electrical • Form Carpentry • General Laborers • Landscaping • Mechanical • Plumbing • … and other areas in the industry* Labor Source Companies, Inc. pays employees weekly and the payroll is done in-house. Our employees receive W-2 forms at the end of the year. We file payroll taxes, administer ACA requirements, do Certified Payroll, CCIP, ROCIP, and other insurance programs, drug testing, and background checks on required jobs. Safety is a big part of our company. Our employees go through a pre-hire safety program, along with continual safety training. We have a Corporate Safety Director, who trains employees on job-specific safety, such as fall protection, leading edge, ladder safety, and more. Safety is number one for us and we expect the same from our employees and the contractors we work with.
