LTM INC. is a SBA Section 8(a) certified firm providing, engineering, logistic, conference, and information technology services to Department of Defense, Department of Energy, General Services Administration and State Government customers. Founded in 1993, LTM was organized to become a leading provider of professional and high technology services -- to Government customers as well as commercial firms.In July 1994, LTM began operating in the eastern region of North Carolina in support of the Department of the Navy's H-46 Helicopter Program. In January 1995, the Corporation expanded northward, to the Washington, D.C. area, in support of other Government clientele including the Defense Finance Accounting Service, the Naval Air Systems Command, and the General Services Administration. In April 1997, the company was accepted into the U.S. Small Business Administration's 8(a) Program. The company is solidly represented in the mid Atlantic region with six major offices replete with capable staff, conference facilities, and state-of-the-art equipment; Corporate Headquarters in Havelock, North Carolina; and the Washington DC Metropolitan -- Falls Church, Richmond, and Virginia Beach, Virginia, Lexington Park, Maryland and Warner Robins, Georgia. The LTM staff is headed by company founder and President, Mr. David W. Baldwin. Mr. Baldwin, a retired Marine aviator, possesses an MBA degree and is complemented by a team of professional engineers, other degreed professionals, and technical staff of varying academic backgrounds.
