Even though the Company only received 57 questions from the SEC regarding its Reg A filing, due to a number of reasons, the Company decided to pivot to a 506c STO. A significant reason is this enables the STO to be uncapped to meet the high demand for its Helix™ security token. Knowbella Tech licensed its platform and underlying patent filings from Open Therapeutics (https://Therapoid.net) for crowdsourcing all non-therapeutic IP.
