"Building Relationships for Over 100 Years." Welcome to the Kinley Corporation, General Contractors located in Olean, NY. Serving the Southern Tier of New York. As early as the 1850’s, the Kinley family owned and operated numerous tanneries in New York. In the process of operating these facilities, Kinley acquired tracts of timber lands located in northern Pennsylvania and WNY, these are still ongoing today. When oil was discovered in the late 1860’s, Kinley decided to enter into the business forming Kinley Oil & Gas Corporation in 1909 to produce oil and gas in the Pennsylvania and New York regions. Today, Kinley has moved its operations from the northeast regions to Texas and Oklahoma. Knapps Creek, New York is the location of Kinley’s original horse barn. The barn housed work horses which were used in the oil fields. Knapps creek was also the home of Kinley Oil & Gas Corp.’s main oil field shop. Kinley Oil & Gas Corp. drilled hundreds of wells in the Pennsylvania and New York oil fields. Kinley’s early “Tank Farm" transported oil to the refinery by pipeline. As a General Contractor, Kinley Corporation has diverse experience in commercial, industrial and residential building construction projects. The division in New York has completed self-performed projects consisting of framework, concrete, underground utilities, remodeling, prefabricating and much more.
