Keyman was created in January 2004. In eight years it has become the very first direct head hunting office north of Paris. Our team, composed of 6 researchers, 8 consultants, 2 assistants, helps companies in strategic, confidential and or complex recruitment. After a thorough interview listing your needs and expectations we work in pairs : - Our researchers target companies with equivalent processes, close coporate cultures and or similar jobs. After identifying skilled candidates, they select the best ones thanks to qualitative phone interview. - The consultants then assess these candidates, during a thorough face to face interview. They detect the candidates’ strengths and weaknesses, their personalities, their projects, as well as their potential. Advice, we then provide you with a detailed short-list of the potential candidates corresponding to the required skills. We also put forward sound advice, and objectives that will help you make your final decision.
