Ken Neyer Plumbing, Inc. prides itself on providing a safe work environment for its employees so that they can return to their families every night safe and healthy. We utilize the proper safety equipment to assure safe operations. Every new employee receives construction safety training and many of our employees have their 10 or 30 hour OSHA certified training cards. Our Safety Director, John Moore has been employed with Ken Neyer Plumbing, Inc. since 1995. He is certified by OSHA to train employees and issue 10 or 30 hour OSHA cards. He regularly updates his training to stay current in construction safety trends. All company employees are required to participate in weekly safety meetings on the jobsite or in the shop. Additionally the company schedules other safety training regularly. Ken Neyer Plumbing, Inc. employees have the proper training and equipment to perform some of the more dangerous activities in construction such as excavation and trenching and confined space entry. Ken Neyer Plumbing participates in Ohio Workers Compensation Premium Discount Program which requires employers to follow strict guidelines in their safety program. Ken Neyer Plumbing also participates in the Ohio Workers Compensation Drug Free Workplace Program. All employees are tested prior to being hired, on a random basis and after any accident. Ken Neyer Plumbing\'s proactive safety program assures that the customer will have the peace of mind that the job is being performed safely.
