Knockout believes fitness should be an intense thrill. It should leave you in awe knowing you just tapped into a power you never knew you had and you just did something you never knew you could do. When creating Knockout, we imagined a dark room full of heavy bags chained to the ceiling and floor. A room full of bodies kicking and punching and pulsating in phase -- like a synchronized heartbeat -- all fueled by music and modulated by a master instructor. Everyone pushing each other to the limit. Each having to break through personal barriers to remain on beat with the group. There’s a raw, unbridled chemistry in the air. In these moments you fight for yourself and leave everything on the heavy bag. Knockout provides a transformative kickboxing experience that has caught fire and is trending hard in New York City, Los Angeles, and Miami. An experience like didn’t exist in Austin so we created it. Knockout is owned by two local women who are passionate about fitness, leadership, and business.
