What Is KIPP DC?
KIPP DC: AIM Acadmy is a public charter school located in Washington, DC that opened its doors in July 2005. The school currently has over 160 fifth and sixth grade students. The school will continue to add one grade level annually until we serve 320 students in grades five through eight. AIM Academy is replicating and building on the success of its partner school, KIPP DC: KEY Academy, also located in Washington, DC. KEY Academy has had remarkable results on its standardized test scores and in placing its alumni in high performing high schools.
