KGUN 9 On Your Side is the ABC affiliate in Tucson. We deliver all the breaking news happening in our community to make Tucson a better, safer place to work, live and play. Our award-winning staff broadcasts nearly 20 hours of programming each week. KGUN currently offers the following programs: Good Morning Tucson, 4 -7 a.m., The Morning Blend, 11 a.m. and newscasts at 5, 6, 9 & 10 p.m. The community lies at the heart of all that we do and we are passionate about delivering relevant content across all platforms. Tucson gets 350 days of sunshine annually - more than any other U.S. city. Tucson also is home to KWBA, a CW affiliate also owned by Scripps. The station airs CW programming along with a one-hour extension of the KGUN morning newscast, called Good Morning Tucson Extra, 7 8 a.m. KGUN also produces a live, weeknight-only 9 p.m. newscast for KWBA. Tucson Radio is housed in the same building as KGUN-TV and KWBA-TV, Scripps two Tucson TV stations. The Tucson radio group has four radio stations. KQTH-104.9FM is an ABC News Radio affiliate that airs a news/talk format. It features news from Talk Radio News Service and KGUN-TV. KFFN-1490AM & 104.9FM is an ESPN Radio affiliate and airs all sports programming syndicated by ESPN Radio. KMXZ-94.9FM is now southern Arizona's top-rated adult contemporary music station and consistently places in the top three in the Tucson-area Arbitron radio ratings.
