What Is KATA Technologies?
KATA Technologies is a certified veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB), with strong IT-related capabilities in the commercial, Federal-civilian, and DoD arenas. We help companies and agencies field systems with increased usability, reliability, effectiveness, and supportability, which in turn may save lives. KATA Tech’s specialties include electronic warfare/cyber warfare, IT/Enterprise Systems support, and Government acquisition program management. We currently support the Army Test and Evaluation Command in the integrated logistics support (ILS) evaluations of net-centric command/control and other software-intensive systems. On the commercial side, KATA principles provide direct support to resolve critical vulnerabilities—designing and managing the deployment of several key cybersecurity platform technologies including Dell TPAM, Lumeta ipSonar, and FireMon Security Manager. Our consultants have over 20 years Federal service between active duty military and contractor experience, as well as combat experience in multiple weapons systems and Joint Special Access Programs, Top Secret clearance, and Master’s Degrees. Vetrepreneurship ensures complete mission-focus, industry best practices further refined on the battlefield, expertise in cross-functional team-building, efficient change/crisis management, and the inherent ability to transition technical concepts into more effective, sustainable, operations.
