We serve the needs of over 2,000 tenants and property owners each year with the majority of our customers being military. In addition, we provide Sales, and Leasing and Management on Commercial Properties in the Greater Fort Hood Area. Our office is located on the corner of South WS Young Drive and Elms Road, across from the Shilo Inn. Our office includes a drive-thru payment window, a night drop, a large well trained staff, a state-of-the-art computer system featuring the PropertyWare Management System; a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), to oversee the accounting of our property; and a Certified Investment Member (CCIM), to assist you with Commercial and Investment properties. JWC has been voted THE BEST Rental & Property Management Company in the Fort Hood Area for 10 years in a row by the readers of the Killeen Daily Herald.
