With management offices located in Bellevue, Kent, Lynnwood, Redmond, Renton, Seattle, and Tukwila we are able to closely monitor properties. \n\nJSH Properties, Inc. provides expertise in sales and leasing. By maintaining a constant pulse on the market, we are able to negotiate leases favorable to our clients, including attracting national tenants and obtaining higher rents. We have a comprehensive understanding of internal rates of return, cash flow projections, and an appreciation of the correlation between capital improvements and increased real estate value. \n\nOur accounting team provides timely, accurate financial information designed to aid owners in decision making and analysis. We utilize state of the art software packages including Yardi, and MRI, which are capable of producing sophisticated, yet understandable, financial reports.\n\nWe offer Real Estate consulting services, assistance in location financing for projects, and evaluation expertise.
