The Jones-Blair Company has experienced significant growth over the past four years. We want to thank you for your business and efforts in helping to make this happen. As our business has grown, we have added additional personnel throughout all facets of our organization. This has been done to not only support our existing business but to provide an organizational platform that will allow us to continue to grow into the future. Early this year Mike Steele, the past President of NEOGARD, retired. As our company continues to grow, I'm required to spend time with all facets of our organization. In order to keep our NEOGARD Division focused, we have hired Mr. William (Will) Rich to lead this organization. Although Will comes from outside our company, he brings a wealth of industry and business knowledge to our team. Will and his family are relocating to Dallas this fall. Many of you will get to meet Will over the next several months. I'm confident that you will see what a great addition Will is to the NEOGARD team.
