(IMS) began operation in 1991 under the name CVT Equipment Leasing. We specialized in the sale and lease of point of sale and automatic teller machine equipment. CVT merged into International Merchant Services when IMS was formed in July 1992. The company incorporated in 1996. With the start of QUIKCASH24 (IMS’s Service Mark), Neil Johnson pioneered ATM sales and service as an independent (non-bank) and later expanded into a national and international presence. Our exclusive focus is the sale and service of ATMs nationwide. In the last five years, our sales and service network deployed more than 2500 ATMs. IMS is now one of the largest independent deployers of ATMs in the United States. All the aspects of ATM placement is handled at IMS - sales, location, and installation. We also set-up processing links and manage all location, processing and distribution agreements. We are the company that merchants and dealers are coming to after they have worked with inferior programs often seen in the marketplace and on the Internet. They come to us because they have discovered that we lead the industry in making the retail ATM work consistently.
