Our mission: Defend and grow markets for copper based on its superior technical performance and its contribution to a higher quality of life worldwide. As global issues such as energy, climate change and health become more urgent, copper plays an important role in almost every industry. The International Copper Association, Ltd. (ICA), its 39 members and the alliance of national and regional associations responsible for program development and implementation with ICA’s more than 500 current program partners around the world defend and grow markets for copper based on its superior technical performance and its contribution to a higher quality of life worldwide. The Copper Alliance brand represents a network of regional copper centers and their industry-leading members, led by ICA. ICA and the Copper Alliance are responsible for guiding policy and strategy and for funding international initiatives and promotional activities. Headquartered in New York, the organization has offices in four primary regions: Asia, Europe and Africa, Latin America and North America. Copper Alliance programs and initiatives are executed in more than 60 countries through its regional offices and 26 copper promotion centers.
