International Consulting Expertise (ICE) is a consulting group bringing together 5 organizations with the aim at providing technical assistance services to public bodies, the private sector, and civil society organization within the framework of international development. ICE was established to maximize the strengths of its members ensuring the availability of a broad range of skills to the challenges of large technical assistance projects worldwide. ICE HQ is in Brussels and we do have many regional office that are able to provide a more direct contact between us and our client. We are currently present in France, Serbia, Romania, Turkey, Tunisia, and Benin. We focus our mission on building a strong link that empowers development partners on the basis of our commitment to excellence and human values, making ICE a unique and front-line player of the development market on international donors funding projects (particularly the EU).
