Inperium Management Services (IMS) was created in August 2017 as a subsidiary of Inperium, Inc. The Purpose of IMS is to function as the entity that provides the Shared Service offerings to Inperium and its affiliates allowing these entities to advance their mission & vision; focus on enhancing service delivery, explore geographical program expansion and focus on quality outcome measures & create cost savings that result in reinvestment into the organizations stakeholders through capacity creation and employee compensation betterments. Shared Service offerings include, but are not limited to: Fiscal Reporting, Payroll, Information Technology, Human Resources, Employee Recruiting, Employee Training, Risk and Time and Attendance. (IMS), that resembles a bee hive & is shared by Inperium, Inc., suggests that our world is imaginative and comprised of many layers that need to be poised and all working in synchronization if our effectiveness is to be meaningful; the BEE is expressive of the characteristics of a bee that is found in nature & its path of flight, reflected by the purple dotted line, represents the labor and support that is being done around the hive in maintenance of the realm. The BEE signifies the relationship in the world that is one of mutual benefit and enhancement consisting of complex and diverse effort while creating & maintaining balance against adversity; the BEE works tirelessly and quietly while producing a wide array of products in support of a common Mission. The flight of the BEE reflects the laborious work ethic required to provide enrichment, sustenance, brilliance & locus for the affiliates of Inperium.
