Indoor Environmental Services (IES) is a full service Mechanical Contractor involved in the design and construction of HVAC systems, Industrial Refrigeration systems, HVAC and refrigeration service and maintenance, as well as complete Facilities Solution Projects for various commercial, institutional, industrial, agricultural and health care facilities. IES has been in business for over 16 years. The majority of our work is obtained through referrals and a considerable amount is negotiated. We have three offices with a staff of over 100 employees including dedicated Project Managers, Estimators, Registered Professional Engineers, field construction, controls and service technicians. We fabricate ductwork, fittings and sheet metal parts at our Sacramento and Santa Rosa facilities; we fabricate chillers and piping systems at our Napa facility.
