What Is Identity MSO?
Identity MSO was formed in December 2012 with the vision of assisting independent, primary care physicians in Ventura County with the administration of their practice overhead, staffing, billing, revenue cycle management and IT support. This type of support and management frees providers to focus on clinically integrated healthcare delivery and care coordination. Partnering with physicians, the local county hospitals, Identity MSO seeks participation in a clinically integrated community in Ventura County. In April 2013, Identity Medical Group was formed and our first seven providers joined. The vision of Identity Medical group is driven by several guiding principles: Physician lead, Patient focus, and Quality of Care.
