In 1986, ISM MINIBAR was founded in Manisa, Turkey, in order to respond to the requirements of hospitality sector. In 2000, thanks to its incorporation with INCI HOLDING, ISM MINIBAR completed all necessary investments in a minimal time span and became one of the top brands in the hotel equipment sector, both in the domestic and in exportation markets. ISM MINIBAR has become a world-renowned brand in the hotel equipment sector with its fast growing OEM, its international and local sales channels, its developing R&D projects and its efficient after sales services. ISM MINIBAR is included in the “Preferred Suppliers List” for many hotel chains, those of which include: FAIRMONT RAFFLES INTERNATIONAL, MOVENPICK HOTELS & RESORTS, HYATT INTERNATIONAL, ROTANA HOTELS & RESORTS and TAJ HOTELS. Today, ISM MINIBAR is a global company and exports 70% of its total production to over 56 countries and across 5 continents via its strong network of distributors. In the most of the current markets, ISM MINIBAR is in a leading position with the manufacturing of “absorption type cooling systems” since its foundation, also keeps working on R&D studies with its “know-how” background to provide environmentally friendly products that provide maximum performance with minimum energy consumption. In 2011, resulting from all of R&D activities, ISM MINIBAR increased its sales of “peltier type cooling systems” in the minibars, which consume low energy, in the frame of eco-friendly products. On the other hand, in order to increase the market shares, ISM MINIBAR performed the required international regulations, and became entitled to ISO 9001 Quality System Certificate, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001 OHS Management System Certifications in 2014 and also has CE, TUV RHEINLAND GS, SGS EMC, SGS CB, GOST, ROHS, G-MARK and UL product certifications. In 2015, ISM MINIBAR increased its sales and expends its marketing activities in the United States. In 2016, ISM MINIBAR achieved in getting the UL Certificate, indicator of prestige & reliability in U.S. market, for both its PELTIER and ABSORPTION series of minibars and became the first and only manufacturer in the world. Regarding our strategy of “Think Global Be Local” ISM Minibar is proud to announce that it has opened its first local office in New York City in September 2017 and would be pleased to serve and continue to serve its customers in the U.S.
