What Is IP Architechs?

Who we are: Founded in 2012, IP ArchiTechs Managed Services is a network consulting firm that focuses on whitebox and open networking integration. We work in ISP (wireless and wireline), Data Center and Enterprise environments. We leverage cost-effective network vendors and solutions to maximize ROI for our clients without compromising scalability or avilability. Whitebox: We specialize in designing, integrating and deploying whitebox network technologies. By leveraging switching architectures like ONIE and utilizing Network Operating Systems like FiberStore, Big Switch, Cumulus Linux and IP Infusion, we are able to significantly reduce CAPEX and OPEX. The end result provides improved functionality, throughput and overall performance at a much lower cost than traditional network vendors. Open Networking: In addition to whitebox, we also support integration of many different open source network projects. Firewalls, Load Balancers, Wan Optimization, DDoS scrubbing and IPS/IDS are just a few of the open source network devices that we have worked with. Combined with initiatives like Network Function Virtualization (NFV), we are able to deliver commodity solutions to our clients with significant CAPEX and OPEX savings. Cost-Effective Networking Whitebox and Open Networking provide a solid base to design an entire network from the ground up. We also are constantly evaluating and implementing cost-effective network vendors. One such example is MikroTik, who produces stable and inexpensive hardware which can be combined with whitebox and open network solutions, such as FiberStore. This rounds out a portfolio of options that allow our clients to safely and confidently move away from costly traditional network vendors.
