Since its beginnings in 1947, Hytrol has grown into one of the largest manufacturers of conveyors and conveying hardware in the world. Throughout its growth, Hytrol has sold conveyors through a nationwide, independent distributor network. Hytrol currently has approximately 63 Distributors in the United States. Add to this list 22 International Distributors, representing 13 countries, and Hytrol is truly one of the world leaders in the conveyor industry. The factory moved to Jonesboro, Arkansas in 1962 with 26 employees in a 27,000 square foot facility. Our phenomenal growth to more than 725 people in a manufacturing center covering more than 500,000 square feet is the natural result of our industry-wide reputation for durability, reliability and quality. Hytrol maintains a 27,000 sq. ft. Technology Center in Jonesboro. Engineers at the Technology Center are devoted to improving every aspect of Hytrol by implementing and testing ideas for new conveyor models and systems. In addition, Hytrol operates a fully-developed conveyor stockyard adjacent to the plant in Jonesboro. The Jonesboro Stockyard maintains extensive inventory of conveyors and conveyor accessories. To better serve our customers, Hytrol ships stock products from the stockyard within 24 hours. Orders received up to 2:00 p.m. are scheduled the next work day (24 hours later). Orders received after 2:00 p.m. count as the next day's orders and are scheduled accordingly. This philosophy which originated in 1964, promises that all standard Hytrol conveyor models are available for shipping within 24 hours or we pay the freight! Over 50 conveyor models are included in more than 2,400 sizes.
