Established in 1997, Human Potential Consultants (HPC) was founded on the belief that assisting individuals to improve their self-worth, work readiness and employability skills regardless of their background, will increase job opportunities. The ability to demonstrate true potential will empower an individual and increase their chances of becoming gainfully employed. The clarification, identification and development of a person’s skills and abilities will serve to increase personal responsibility and independence which will lead to financial and social stability. HPC has three (3) solution-oriented divisions to deliver services to our customers. HPC’s Workforce Development and Job Creation Division provides employment opportunities and job creation services for specialized populations requiring the adjustments and re-adjustments for employability, work readiness, family and community; Administrative and Facility Support Services Division assist government agencies that require additional support personnel in meeting their department goals; and, Management and Staff Development Training.
