What Is Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust?
We were established in October 1999 following the merger of the Royal Hull Hospitals NHS Trust and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust.\r\n\r\nWe operate from two main hospital sites, namely Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital in Cottingham, plus we have a number of additional services based across other local estate and in the community.\r\n\r\nWe employ around 8,000 staff and welcome around 1 million patients through our doors every year. We are an aspiring NHS Foundation Trust and a recognised Major Trauma Centre for the region.\r\n\r\nOur vision is Great Staff, Great Care, Great Future, as we believe that by developing an innovative, skilled and caring workforce, we can deliver great care to our patients and a great future for our employees, our Trust and our community.
