What Is Housing Choices Australia?
Housing Choices Australia (HCA) is one of the leading Quality Housing providers in Australia. A national, not-for-profit housing association, we own or manage more than 3,800 homes across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia - with plans to further increase our reach and help more people find quality, purpose-built housing across the country. As a dedicated Quality Housing provider, we recognise the need to adapt to changing social and economic challenges to be able to deliver and improve on the homes and services that we offer to our residents. To position ourselves to meet these challenges, we are: -\tbuilding our capabilities to deliver improved Quality Housing; -\tcreating a sound financial base to operate and grow from; -\tincorporating the use of sophisticated asset management systems; -\tmaximising our business and commercial acumen; and -\tdeveloping new housing models to ensure we remain at the forefront of social housing innovation and thought leadership. We work hard to provide and maintain long-term QUALITY HOUSING for people who are disadvantaged and struggling to find a home in Australia's challenging private rental market. We also strongly believe in the importance and value of working in PARTNERSHIP with our residents, support partners, community organisations and staff to create resilient, inclusive neighbourhoods across Australia. Partnerships are central to everything we do. We have approximately 110 staff in Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia who employ a variety of skills, including tenancy management, project management, human resources, marketing and communications. Committed to our social purpose, we support our employees in a range of charitable efforts. For more news, follow this page or visit our website at www.housingchoices.org.au.
