Being a female and veteran-owned wellness company Honest Soul Yoga makes a commitment to eliminate the pretense and cut straight to the heart of yoga celebrating Yoga in Real Life. Through classes, workshops and lifestyle programs led by well-trained, thoughtful teachers in Northern Virginia, HSY is consistently ranked as one of the top yoga studios in the Metropolitan DC Area. Honest Soul Yoga seeks to provide its members with opportunities to meet others, and themselves through genuine connection, and a loving, accountable community. The company was founded by Air Force Veteran, Suzie Mills in 2013. Honest Soul Yoga’s flagship location expanded from a single-room studio to three rooms in 2014. In 2018 the company’s Co-Owner and Chief Strategy Officer, Julia Lopez, came on board to further HSY’s expansion from one to three locations in Northern Virginia, and also new markets in the near future.
