The Homeland Security & Defense Business Council, a non-profit, non-partisan membership organization, has, for over three years, promoted the importance of the private sector in achieving the vision and mission for homeland security. To achieve this vision, the Council brings together the best and brightest senior leaders in the private and public sector through industry forums and other substantive activities that help to advance thought leadership, future policy, and best practices to advance the homeland security of the nation and the American people. The Council consists of those who share primary responsibility for each member company's homeland security-related activities.
