Homebase New York Revenue and Competitors

Homebase is helping to ease the affordable housing crisis in dense cities with our module "live types," set in a wellness-based community. Members can live, work, workout and maintain wellness through healthy eating + classes for mind, body and spirit. Homebase is a new kind of home away from home, designed to act as a hub to both access to, and retreat from the city, as well as a platform for a different sensibility on how much space and stuff we really need to feel happy, comfortable and secure. Our design features an open, flexible layout and a series of new micro gardens and courtyards within existing building structures to promote a "porous" experience of collectivity that connects people to each other, to different amenities and to the outdoors. The adaptive reuse of under-utilized existing buildings in our cities is a core feature of the Homebase brand.
