What Is Highmark Caring Place?
The Highmark Caring Place, a center for grieving children and their families, is a program of the Highmark Caring Foundation. The Caring Place provides peer support groups for grieving children and teens and their adult caregivers. Referral services, adult telephone support, and educational programs and resources for grieving children and families are also provided. Consultation services, educational presentations, and resources are available for schools and other professionals in the community who work with children.
