Highland Rivers Community Services Board d.b.a. Highland Rivers Health has been offering evidence-based treatment and recovery services for 40 years to over 14,000 children, adolescents, and adults who have a mental illness, addiction, or developmental disabilities and their families annually. Since 1973, its service area has covered 12 counties extending over 4,400 square miles and has served as the safety net provider for the uninsured, underinsured, and Medicaid populations. In recent years, Highland Rivers Health has evolved into a regional provider of choice for Veterans, Medicare, and commercially insured populations. \r\n\r\nServing Bartow, Cherokee, Fannin, Floyd, Gilmer, Gordon, Haralson, Murray, Paulding, Pickens, Polk & Whitfield Counties. \r\n\r\nHighland Rivers Health values an individual’s choices and decisions as they make their journey to recovery and/or personal advancement.
