What Is High Tide Hospitality?

High Tide Hospitality is a Charlotte-based Restaurant Group headed by Paul Manley and Andrew Chapman. HTH is home to Sea Level NC, The Waterman Fish Bar, and ACE No. 3. The core of its concepts boast Charlotte zip codes, but the team has dreams to expand beyond the Queen City in coming years. Sea Level NC started it all in 2016 with the idea of bringing coastal Carolina seafood to the heart of Uptown Charlotte. It quickly established itself as the city's go-to spot for sustainable selections, oysters on the half shell, and craft cocktails. The brand has been awarded many accolades including Best Seafood 2016, 2017, and 2018 by Charlotte Magazine and has garnered national attention from publications like USA Today and Garden & Gun. In 2018, the team brought to life their second seafood vision - an approachable neighborhood joint, The Waterman Fish Bar. The relaxed dining room, varied menu, and rooftop patio have all lent to the Waterman's positive reception in the Southend neighborhood. It was included among Charlotte Magazine's \6 Best Seafood Spots in Charlotte\ List and won Queen City Nerve's People's Choice for \Best Seafood 2020\. The most recent brand from HTH is ACE No. 3 - a super simple burger spot specializing in burgers, shakes, and beers. The first location opened in the developing Belmont Neighborhood and after just one year in business, the team was ready to sign on two additional locations. Voted \Best Burger 2020\ by Charlotte Magazine, ACE will open locations in Concord Mills and Myers Park by Spring of 2021. Career opportunities at www.eat704.com/careers.
