We started Hi-flier because we knew there was a better way for us to do business with each other. We’re drowning in chat, channels and emails but not achieving more. We still need to clarify, repeat, and push, push, push to get things done – taking up 30-50% of our time to enable and track our everyday business. So we built out a unique elastic business flow environment, representing everyday goals and interactions as Missions. It’s a simple way for people to achieve goals together with a timeline and milestones, individual actions and clear roles—a structure for success that moves people towards goals using their own desire for achievement. And in the last two years, we’ve learned a lot about what makes us so different from the plethora of collaborative workflow tools: - As we move from corporations to networks & gig economy with freelancers and independents: for many of us it is not about work and a fixed team, but business and flexibly building success across an ephemeral network - People want to design or engineer their interactions themselves, as their business and their opportunities unfold Hi-flier unleashes the entrepreneurial spirit by making it simple and visual – and everyone putting their ingenuity into action to solve problems together, inviting others as needed, and then watching together as those involved collects wins.
